Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel an archiving service before work has begun, please contact us within 48 hours of service initiation for a full refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for services that have not been completed. Once cataloging work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
Digital Products
Digital catalogs and archives are delivered upon completion. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available after delivery, except in cases of technical issues or service errors.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
